What does Alleflo provide?
Next generation packaging that measures and pours liquid in one step. 

Why would the consumer want this?
It is convenient, no more dosing caps, no more measuring to line 1 or line 2 (neither of which you can see), now it's just one dose or two. Nothing to look at, nothing to measure!

What about control, how is the new package used?
Control is retained.  For example, Laundry: pour once for everyday loads, pour twice for heavy loads. Concentrates: pour once per liter of water, or pour once into one gallon for 40:1 mixture or pour twice into one gallon for 20:1 mixture.

What if I want to pour out a very small amount say, 2 teaspoons?
Then you just pour a small amount. The bottle pours like any other bottle until the preset dose is reached. The next dose is not affected.

What if I want to pour more than the preset amount?
Just pour again. Alleflo offers the convenience of one or two (or more) pours, with no downside for oddball amounts.

How is this good for the brand owner?
Two ways. Market share, most users prefer it and will choose a brand packaged in Alleflo over another brand. Second, there will be a percentage of users who consistently measure slightly less than the recommended amount to save money. Once these users start using Alleflo, it's not long before they get rid of their cup and trade that perceived savings for convenience. This translates into preserving the brand owners reputation because maximum efficacy is achieved.

How is Alleflo manufactured?
Alleflo is blow molded in one piece from a single parison, there are no moving parts. We can design a custom dose size and accuracy for you.

Does the dose amount change as the liquid level falls?
Although conceptually this would be true, the dose amount remains constant as the liquid level falls. This is becuase the exit tube works in conjunction with the dosing chamber, rather than simply being an exit for the dosing chamber. This occurs when the bottle is tilted horizontal. There is a small error on the first 2-3 doses, then the dose amount remains constant until the bottle is empty. Refer to the accuracy chart for typical accuracies.

How is the bottle filled?, How fast?
Alleflo is filled the same way and with the same speed as a typical fabric softener or pesticide container. Our unique Alleflo design software allows filling  up to 85 percent of overflow capacity. It is then plugged and capped.  The plugging technology is not new.

Our margins are so low that we cannot tolerate the cost associated with the extra gram weight.
Tests show that market share gain is so significant that profit will increase even if extra costs are not passed on to the consumer. Tests also show that consumers are willing to pay more for the convenience. The more hazardous or messy the product is, the greater the convenience. If you are still not convinced, try our product as an adjunct to your existing line. We know that you will be glad you did.

What is the accuracy of the measurements?
Plus or minus 6 percent deviation from the average dose is typical. The error may be more or less depending on the bottle we design for your needs. Most consumers do not measure more accurately than plus or minus 9 percent when using a dosing cap. Keep in mind that the sample bottle is a general purpose design. A design specific to your needs will likely perform even better.

Our current viscosity is too high.
Alleflo works best with low viscosity liquids. Many products such as general purpose cleaners, concentrates and fabric softeners will work fine as is. We suggest reformulation of high viscosity products for best results.

 I have seen other dosing containers, how is Alleflo any better?
Alleflo is the only single step pour, "sight-less" dosing container.

Cool product but how can it be profitable above what we have now?
Ordinary new product introductions can achieve a 5 percent increase in sales. Alleflo, a revolutionary product introduction, can achieve a 30-40 percent increase in sales or more. Survey participants were asked if they would switch brands if another quality brand had this package and their brand did not -- respondents overwhelmingly said yes.

None of our current products fit this application.
Use Alleflo to kick start a brand new product line. Often a manufacturer will not enter a particular market because breaking in would be ineffective due to the foothold by another major player. Now you have a vehicle to get into that new market, with Alleflo.

How can I learn more about Alleflo?

Thousands of man hours were spent designing this bottle so that the head height does NOT affect the dose amount. Even small variations from the design rules will result in a bottle that does not work.
