Follower: We believe that the cost and implementation of a pour spout would cost us millions in in profits, and the technology is not what our suppliers are accustomed to.

Leader: We recognize that the consumer wants the convenience of a pour spout and it is a way to set our product apart from the competition, therefore we choose to implement pour spouts.
